Join the Idaho State Council for a fun evening of food, drinks, an amazing view and networking at SHRM2024 in beautiful Chicago! 

When: Sunday, June 23, 2024 from 6:30 pm- 8:00 pm CST - you can drop in on your way to or from other plans or join us the entire time!

Where: Solarium Bar @ VU Rooftop (located on the 22nd floor of the Hilton Garden Inn, next door to the McCormick Center)  Amazing views of the Chicago skyline!

Cost: $15 pp (attendees and guests)

Who: Idaho SHRM 2024 Conference Attendees, Montana SHRM 2024 Attendees, other PAC West Attendees and guests over 21  are also invited 

What is included? Each attendee will receive two drink tickets for beer, wine, signature cocktail or mocktail, plus hors d'oeuvres.  Think mac and cheese bites, flatbreads, charcuterie boards, chicken skewers, mini cupcakes, and more! Additional drinks can be purchased at the bar.

Located on the lake-facing East Wing of the Hilton Garden Inn, the Solarium is a full-glass walled room that sits on the East Deck. This space features a large private bar, booths, and tables on wheels. There are clear views of Navy Pier, Lake Michigan, McCormick Place, and much more!
