The Idaho State Council of SHRM’s mission is to provide professional leadership and resources that promotes, supports, and advances the HR Profession by partnering with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), affiliate chapters, SHRM members and Idaho communities.  

Idaho has three chapters (HRATV in Boise, Snake River in Twin Falls, & SE Idaho in Idaho Falls) with over 600 members combined. Our conference typically has 350+ in attendance. This year we are excited to welcome SHRM’s CEO, Johnny C. Taylor, Jr. as our opening keynote speaker!
